Next Meeting - February 8, 2025

The next meeting of the NWVRS will be at the Abernethy Grange Hall at 15745 S Harley Ave in Oregon City on Saturday, February 8th at 9:30 am. The tailgate party starts at 8:30. Don’t forget to check the Free Table.

Featured Radio of the Month: Battery-operated radios (tube or transistor).

Members are encouraged to display and give a short explaination of a radio that is featured for that meeting. The Collector’s Choice indicator means that members are welcome to bring a favorite of their own choosing.

Meetings are held the second Saturday of the month, except March when we meet the first Saturday of the month. No meetings in April and September when we hold our Radio Sale and Swap in Aurora.

Auction -- February 1, 2025 - Abernethy Grange

The NWVRS will hold two special auctions on Saturday, February 1st at 9:00 am at the Abernethy Grange Hall at 15745 S Harley Ave in Oregon City. We will be auctioning radios and related gear from collectors Gordon Ormsby and Mark Samson.

Viewing begins at 8:00 am and the first auction begins at 9:00 am. There will be a short intermission between the two auctions.

No reserves and no buyers fees. Bids will be in one-dollar increments and payments must be in cash or Zelle. Payment is due at the end of the auction. All other forms of payment must be approved beforehand.
